What you will need to open an LLC

Choose three names of your liking, we need to make sure the names are available with the state.
You are not required to have a physical address to open the entity. However, you are required to have a registered agent. We can refer you to our affiliate if you need a physical office or virtual office.
You will need a registered agent; you may be your registered agent if you live in the state of registration. Otherwise, you will have to find a registered agent that can provide the services. The state needs to have on file a registered agent for your business in the event the state needs to contact you.
You will need a EIN, Employer Identification Number, this is required if you need to open a bank account. The EIN is also needed for such as hiring employees, contractors, vendor payments, and other matters.
You are required to make an initial deposit for half the fees to cover the state and other fine fees. The final payment will be required once we deliver the certificate of formation approved by the Secretary of State. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Wire transfers have a convenience fee of $30 for each transfer.

* A $250 USD fee will be charged upfront before the meeting. The $250 fee will be discounted to the final invoice IF you decide to hire our services to open your LCC. Otherwise, the fees is non-refundable.

Our services will begin once we have received the initial deposit with our bank. The name entity search, registration preparation, and filling should take between 5 to 10 business days. However, delays may apply if the state is experiencing high registration volume. The application of the EIN will initiate once the registration has been approved by the state. The EIN application takes two days to get approved IF you have a US social security number. If you are foreigner with no US social security number, the EIN application may take up to three months. For our customizable Premium plan, we will let you know what the delivery times will look like as they may vary.
